Every day we are given a certain number of "spoons" and each task we choose to attend to takes one away. In Spoon Theory, it is important to choose tasks with meaning, so as not to waste your "spoons".

Over the years I have had the pleasure and privilege to work with many Spoonie's, who share their unique stories and the inspiration that comes from such simple reminders. I have created this spoon in their honor.
